Pre-Integration Checks
To offer Clearpay as a payment method, the below configurations are required.
Please check your Shopify settings to ensure these prerequisites are met.
Store Address
Please note that the Store Address must correspond to the Clearpay account region.
- Navigate to: Shopify Admin > Settings > General
- Under ‘Store address’, the ‘Country’ must be:
- United Kingdom
Store Currency
Please note that the Store Currency must correspond to the Clearpay account region.
- Navigate to: Shopify Admin > Settings > General
- Under ‘Store currency, the ‘Store currency’ must be:
- British pound (GBP)
