If you haven’t already, please upload images to your merchant onboarding form and allow 7 working days for your request to be processed.

Main image requirements:

1. Make sure your image does not contain any logo, text or border - a single lifestyle or product image works best.
2. File type: JPEG less than 1MB
3. Minimum size: 500 by 500 pixels
4. Maximum size: 2000 by 2000 pixels

Logo Requirements

1. Logo must be white and on a transparent background.
2. File type: PNG less than 1MB
3. Minimum size: 500 by 500 pixels
4. Maximum size: 2000 by 2000 pixels

When you share and upload images to Clearpay's platform, you confirm you have the legal right to use the images and to give Clearpay permission to use the images in our Shop Directory for as long as you are a Clearpay merchant. Clearpay makes the final decision on Shop Directory uploads and features.
